The chemical test is conducted in the time of purchasing raw material from the vendors. After the chemical test, we also conduct various physical tests to offer standard range of Track Derailing Switches, Railway Track Accessories and Railway Track Material.

Testing Laboratories which are integral part of quality assurance, are the heart of any industry. The quality of the material is tested in such laboratories. An industry  without quality assurance is same as man without a heart. As a man cannot1ive without a heart, the survival of the indistry depends upon the laboratory having all kind of testing facilities. we­ at our works possess fully equipped chemicalas well as physicaltesting laboratories and this is the reason for which high quality materialis referred with the name of N.MohanlalRailtrack Pvt.Ltd.

Before using any raw material chemical analysis is done out of the sample pieces of such material in our chemical laboratory. The chemical reports of the laboratory are then matched or compared with the Indian Railway Standards and if the  chemical composition does  not  match  then 1he whole  lot is rejected. 

We have 1 Chemical Engineers and 2 Chemists working continuously on the materials and testing them.
Our physical laboratory is well equipped with highly reliable tools and testing machines calibrated regularly. The physical tests includes tensile testing, hardness testing ultasonic testing,  magnetic particle  testing by way for flaw detection, drifting testing, screwing unscrewing testing, head soundness testing etc. The material passing out of alt this physicaltests is then certified by our Engineer and then it is out for the finaldimension tests.

After  passing     the  crucial  stage  of  chemical and  physical testing,  the  material manufactured is  then  tested as per the standard dimensions, drawings anagauges.This material if founaas per specified dimensions- drawings, is then sent to the dispatch and forwardingdeparfment.
